No Return and Exchange Policy

3.⁠ ⁠No Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product and size before completing your purchase.

4.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@furrycastle.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will address the issue according to our discretion.

5.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges only for damage and defective items 
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

   a. Return Process
1.⁠ ⁠To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at support@furrycastle.com or by calling our dedicated helpline.
2.⁠ ⁠Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
3.⁠ ⁠Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, along with instructions on how to return the item(s).
4.⁠ ⁠Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

   b. Exchange Process
1.⁠ ⁠If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.⁠ ⁠The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
3.⁠ ⁠We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
4.⁠ ⁠Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) to be exchanged, and the reason for the exchange.
5.⁠ ⁠Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization, along with instructions on how to return the item(s).
6.⁠ ⁠Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Size Changes: Any change in size will incur an additional courier charge of ₹300.

  c.  Refunds
For eligible returns, we offer refunds in the original form of payment or store credit, depending on your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition.
Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.
